摘　　要：目的 探讨AIDET沟通模式在预防ICU非计划性拔管中的应用效果.方法 选取213例患者根据时间段分为对照组100例和观察组113例.对照组按常规方法和流程护理,观察组在对照组基础上AIDET沟通模式进行沟通.比较两组患者的非计划性拔管率、对ICU护理工作的满意度及ICU护士的沟通能力.结果 观察组拔管例数明显低于对照组,而护理满意度及护士沟通能力明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）.结论 应用AIDET沟通模式对ICU置管患者进行护理,可有效减少置管患者的拔管率,有助于提高患者对护理的满意度及护士的沟通能力,维护和增进良好的护患关系,提升医院优质护理服务的内涵.Objective To explore the application of AIDET communication model to prevent ICU non-planning tube drawing. Methods A total of 213 patients were divided into control group （100 cases） and observation group （113 cases） according to periods of time. The control group was treated by routine method and process nursing, and the observation group communicated with AIDET communication mode on the basis of control group. The unplanned extubation rate of the two groups, the satisfaction of ICU nursing and the communication ability of ICU nurses were compared, Results The number of cases on tube drawing in the observation group was lower than that of the control group. And the nursing satisfaction and nurse communication ability were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion AIDET communication model was applied to nurse ICU cathetering patients, with which it can effectively reduce the tube drawing rate of patients. Moreover, it＇s conducive to improving the satisfaction of patients with nursing and the communication ability of nurses, maintaining and enhancing the relationship between nurses and patients, promoting the significance of hospital high quality nursing service.
