摘　　要：目的：总结近10年关于拔罐疗法在治未病中的应用现状研究的相关文献及报道,为进一步研究拔罐疗法在治未病中的应用及机理研究作铺垫。方法：在中国知网（CNKI）、万方数据库（WFSD）、维普网（VIP）、Pu Bmed等数据库检索现代文献,总结归纳拔罐疗法在治未病中的临床应用现状。结果：拔罐疗法在治未病中的应用虽有一定的发展,但应用相对较少,推广还不足,拔罐疗法的机理研究较少。结论：拔罐疗法作为中医外治疗法之一,在临床应用广泛,但在治未病中的应用相对较少,机理研究较少。因此未来拔罐疗法在治未病方面的应用需要进一步挖掘和推广,机理研究有待加强。Objective ：To summarize the relevant literature and report about the study on the application of cupping therapy in preventive treatment of disease over the past 10 years. On the basis of this,further explore the application and mechanisation of cupping therapy in preventive treatment of disease. Methods ：Induce the application status of cupping therapy in preventive treatment of disease with the method of researching modern literature on China How Net（CNKI）,Wan Fang database（WFSD）,VIP network（VIP）,Pu Bmed database. Results ：Though the application of cupping therapy in preventive treatment of disease have developed to some degree,the application of using it still uncommon and lack of promotion. The mechanism of cupping therapy is less. Conclusion ：As one of the external medical therapies in traditional Chinese medicine,the cupping therapy has been widely used in clinic. But it is applied fairly little in preventive treatment of disease. Therefore,the application of cupping therapy in preventive treatment of disease need to be further dug and promoted,the mechanism research needs to be strengthened in the future.
