摘　　要：目的探析微孔穿刺引流加尿激酶溶解治疗慢性硬膜下血肿的临床效果。方法给予慢性硬膜下血肿患者以微孔穿刺引流加尿激酶溶解治疗,观察其治疗效果。结果所有患者脑室无明显受压,中线结构复位成功,无复发。结论微孔穿刺引流加尿激酶溶解治疗慢性硬膜下血肿具有极佳的临床效果。Objective To explore the clinical effect of chronic subdural hematoma treated by puncture drainage combined with urokinase dissolution. Methods The patients with chronic subdural hematoma were treated by puncture drainage and urokinase dissolution, and the therapeutic effect was observed. Results All the patients had no ventricular compression, and the midline structures were successfully restored without recurrence. Conclusion The treatment of chronic subdural hematoma by micro puncture drainage combined with urokinase has excellent clinical effect.
