生命周期视角下科技型中小企业的研发投入、合作与创新产出

摘　　要：利用2005-2014年中小板上市企业面板数据,在划分企业生命周期的基础上,实证分析了科技型中小企业不同阶段下研发投入和企业间研发合作与创新产出之间的关系。结果表明：其研发投入对创新产出有长期正向作用,企业间研发合作对创新产出有短期正向影响;同时,企业在成长期进入成熟期后作用均会显著减弱。据此,建议政府推行全生命周期扶持政策,建立创新合作公共服务平台,提升企业科技创新能力。Based on the firm-level panel data of small and medium-sized board enterprises from 2005 to 2014, the paper analyzes the relationships between science ＆ technology SMEs＇ R＆D investment, cooperation and innovation output based on life cycle. Results show that R＆D investment has a long-term positive effect on innovation output, while R＆D cooperation only has a short-term positive effect, and both of them would be weakened significantly as the growing enterprises entering the mature stage. Based on the results, it suggests that the government implement support policies of the whole life cycle, and establish the public service platform for cooperative innovation to enhance their innovation capabilities.
