摘　　要：目的线粒体单链DNA结合蛋白(single-strand DNA-binding protein 1,SSBP1)是由核基因组编码定位于线粒体内的单链DNA结合蛋白,在线粒体DNA的复制、转录以及损伤后修复等一系列生物学行为中发挥着重要作用。截至目前,已在多种肿瘤中发现SSBP1的异常表达,且这种异常表达与肿瘤发生及恶性生物学行为有关联。本研究旨在探讨SSBP1在胃癌及胃黏膜癌前病变组织中的表达及SSBP1的表达与胃癌患者临床病理特征的关系。方法收集石河子大学医学院第一附属医院2014-01-01-2016-12-31收治的60例胃癌标本、30例胃癌前病变标本和30例慢性浅表性胃炎标本,采用免疫组织化学法检测SSBP1蛋白的表达情况,探究SSBP1表达水平与胃癌的临床病理因素关系。结果 SSBP1在慢性浅表性胃炎组织中的阳性表达率为33.3%(10/30),癌前病变为76.7%(23/30),胃癌为58.3%(35/60),SSBP1在慢性浅表性胃炎组织、癌前病变组织和胃癌组织中的表达差异有统计学意义,χ~2=11.606,P=0.003;SSBP1与TNM分期(χ~2=9.051,P=0.011)和肿瘤浸润深度(χ~2=6.6,P=0.037)有关联。结论 SSBP1的表达可作为筛查早期胃癌以及预测进展期胃癌肿瘤浸润程度的生物学指标。OBJECTIVE Single-strand DNA-binding protein 1（SSBP1）is mitochondrial single-strand DNA-binding protein 1,located in the mitochondria by nuclear genome encoding,plays essential roles in a series of biological behavior,including the replication,transcription,and the repair after injury of mtDNA.Up to now,the abnormal expression of SSBP1 has been found in a variety of tumors,and this abnormal expression is significantly related to the occurrence of tumor and malignant biological behavior.This study was designed to detect the expression and clinical significance of SSBP1 proteins in gastric cancer and precancerous lesion.METHODS Sixty cases of gastric cancer specimens,thirty cases of precancerous lesion and thirty cases of gastritis specimens were collected in Shihezi District First Affiliated Hospital of the Shihezi University Medical College from 2014-01-01 to 2016-12-31.The expression of SSBP1 was detected by immunohistochemical（IHC）method.The relationship of SSBP1 proteins expression with clinicopathological factors were analyzed.RESULTS The positive expression rate of SSBP1 protein was 33.3%（10/30）in gastritis tissues,76.7%（23/30）in precancerous,58.3%（35/60）in gastric cancer tissues.Compared with gastritis tissues,the expression of SSBP1 protein was significantly increased in gastric cancer tissues and precancerous lesion（P〈0.05）.SSBP1 protein expression was closely associated with clinical TNM stage（χ^2=9.051,P=0.011）and infiltration depth in gastric cancer（χ^2=6.6,P=0.037）.CONCLUSION SSBP1 proteins expression could be regarded as an objective marker for pathologically biological behavior of screening early gastric cancer and predicting advanced gastric cancer＇s infiltration depth.
