摘  要:针对中职技能大赛存在的问题,从创新意义、赛事组织、惠及对象,信息化手段的创新应用、试题库及数据挖掘及长效机制等方面进行了研究。在互联网+教育模式驱动下提出新思路,"面向人人"技能竞赛按校市省三级设置赛制,针对职业教育的技能进行的一种创新模式,其从教赛深度融合角度出发,遵循人人参与,个个受益的宗旨,全面提升中职教育教学质量;破解传统赛事的教学与常规培养脱离、资源分配不平衡、培养偏才及被商家绑架的弊端。"For everyone"skills competition contains three levels: school,city and province. For school education,it is an innovative model for the occupation education. The competition integrates teaching with game playing,follows the principle of everyone involved. Students can benefit from the competition purpose,and the teaching quality of secondary vocational education is improved. It breaks the maladies of traditional events that the competition departs from school education,the distribution of training resources is not balanced,and the competition is kidnapped by businesses. The competition has been carried out in Zhejiang Province for three years. this article introduces the experiences from the innovative significance, event organization, the benefit of the object, the application of information technology innovation,test questions database and data mining and long-term mechanism.
