摘 要:对高等职业教育质量的评价中,人们关注的往往是对毕业生培养过程的评价,而忽视了对毕业生培养结果的评价。现行的高职院校人才培养质量评估中,缺乏作为用人主体的用人单位满意度进行评价的体系,忽视用人单位满意度对提高学生就业质量的重要指导作用。本文对高职院校毕业生用人单位满意度评价体系的构建进行了探讨。In the evaluation of the quality of higher vocational education,people often pay attention to the evaluation of the graduate training process,and ignore the evaluation of graduate training results. In the current evaluation for the quality of personnel training in higher vocational colleges,there is a lack of a system that evaluates the satisfaction of employers as the employer,neglecting the important guiding role of employers' satisfaction with improving the quality of employment. This article discusses the construction of the evaluation system for graduates' employing units in higher vocational colleges.
