局方“五积散”预防寒湿体质结直肠息肉复发的临床随机对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察五积散预防寒湿体质的结直肠息肉术后复发的效果。[方法]随机分配肠镜下结直肠息肉术后寒湿体质患者为2组,治疗组50例,予口服五积散3个月,空白对照组52例,1年后复查肠镜,观察2组病例前后息肉的数量、性质、分布等,比较2组息肉的复发率,并观察血常规、肝肾功能、凝血功能的变化。[结果]治疗组息肉复发率4.0%(2/50),对照组52例有10例复发,复发率为19.2%(10/52),复发率比较差异有显著意义(P=0.028)。血常规、肝肾功能、凝血功能均无明显异常。[结论]五积散可以预防寒湿体质的结直肠息肉复发,没有发现明显的不良反应。[Objective]To observe the effect of Jufang＂wujisan＂preventing colorectal polyps recurrence in cold-dampness constitutions patients after colorectal polypectomy.[Methods]102 cold-dampness constitutions patients just underwent colorectal polypectomy were randomized divided into 2 groups：experimental group（n=50）take＂Wujisan＂for 3 months,and blank control group（n=52）for follow-up.Review colonscopy ayear later,comparing the recurrence rate of colorectal polyps of two groups,and observing the sideeffects on blood routine examination,hepatic and renal function,coagulation function.[Results]There was significant difference on recurrence rate of colorectal polyps between two groups（4.0% VS 19.2%;P=0.028）,and there were no side-effect on blood routine examination,hepatic and renal function and coagulation function.[Conclusion]Jufang＂Wujisan＂could prevent the recurrence of colorectal polyps in cold-dampness constitutions patients,and without obvious side-effects.
