摘 要:目的探讨不同肠内营养方式联合吞咽康复训练对脑卒中患者的治疗效果。方法76例脑卒中伴吞咽障碍患者随机分为两组。治疗组予以鼻肠管肠内营养联合吞咽康复训练;对照组予以鼻胃管肠内营养联合吞咽康复训练。比较两组治疗2个月后的血红蛋白(Hb)、血清白蛋白(ALB)、血清前白蛋白(PA)水平及卒中后肺炎的发生率。结果2个月后治疗组Hb、ALB、PA水平显著优于对照组(P〈0.05),而且卒中后肺炎发生率显著低于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论鼻肠管肠内营养联合吞咽康复训练可有效改善脑卒中患者营养状况,降低卒中后肺炎发生率。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of different types of enteral nutrition (EN) in patients with stroke. Methods 76 patients with dysphagia after stroke were divided into two groups according to the types of EN: the treatment group (n=38) and the control group ( n=38 ) . After 2 months, nutrition parameters ( Hb, ALB, PA ) and the incidence of post-stroke pneumonia were compared between the two groups. Results Compared to the control group, the treatment group was higher in Hb, ALB and PA (P〈0.05) . In addition, the treatment had lower incidence in post-stroke pneumonia ( P〈0.05 ) . Conclusion Nasojejunal feeding tube nutrition combined with swallowing rehabilitation training improves the nutritional status of the patients with stroke and reduces the incidence of post-stroke pneumonia.
