摘 要:目的:探讨PDCA循环在初级职称护理人员规范化培训全科医学专业中的应用,观察其教学效果。方法:以我院全科医学病区轮转的初级职称护士为研究对象;按培训时间分为两组。实验组按照PDCA循环步骤,运用头脑风暴法、鱼骨图等教学,对照组采用传统教学。比较初级职称护士出科理论考试成绩、临床技能操作、学习积极性的差异。结果:实验组出科各项成绩及学习积极性均高于对照组。实验组带教老师和患者满意度高于对照组。结论:PDCA循环教学法实施效果满意,能让初级职称护士系统掌握全科医学专科理论知识及临床操作技能,提升专业素质和综合能力。Objective:Objective:To explore the application of PDCA circulation in the standardized training of primary rifle nurses in general medicine and to observe its teaching effects. Methods: The junior nurses rotated in the wards of general practice in our hospital were selected as the study subjects;they were divided into two groups according to the training time. According to the PDCA cycle, the research team used brainstorming and fishbone diagrams. The control group used traditional teaching. Comparing the results of academic scores, clinical skills operations, and enthusiasm for learning in junior nurses. Results : The scores and learning enthusiasm of the study group were higher than those of the control group. The study group taught teachers and patient satisfaction was higher than the control group. Conclusion: The implementation effect of PDCA cycle teaching method is satisfactory, which enables the primary title nurse system to master theoretical knowledge and clinical operation skills of general medicine and improve professional quality and comprehensive ability.
