摘  要:目的探讨多媒体在优化门诊候诊区护理健康教育程序中的应用效果及对候诊人群进行健康教育满意度评价。方法在门诊候诊区域利用多媒体工具对候诊患者及家属进行健康教育及健康促进工作,对不同人群采取多种形式健康教育,并进行满意度调查。结果优化门诊候诊区护理健教程序中,多媒体工具充分应用,是跟上新时代发展步伐所应具备的能力之一,有些内容可以一劳永逸,但有些方面还预留着广泛的空间。结论门诊候诊区充分应用多媒体开展护理健康教育可以起到优化效果,对患者和医院均有着重要意义。Objective To explore the application effect of multimedia in the optimization of education program in outpatient waiting area, and to evaluate the health education satisfaction of the waiting patients. Methods In the outpatient waiting area using multimedia tools are waiting for the patient and family to conduct health education and health promotion, health education for different people to take a variety of forms, and satisfaction survey. Results To optimize the outpatient waiting area health care teaching program, multimedia tools applied fully, is keep up with the pace of the new age development should have the ability to one of some content can once and for all, but some also reserved a broad space. Conclusion Extensive use of multimedia for outpatient health education in the outpatient waiting area can have an optimal effect and is of great significance to patients and hospitals.
