摘 要:当前,肿瘤治疗由于缺乏针对性和精准度,常给患者带来不小的副作用,有时甚至出现"适得其反"的效果。在众多治疗手段中,光热疗法以其无创、可控以及副作用小的特点备受青睐,成为一种新型的"绿色疗法"。本文利用氧化聚合法合成了水分散性聚苯胺纳米颗粒,并对材料的细胞毒性及其光热效应进行评估。荷瘤鼠体内光热治疗实验证明了聚苯胺作为光热材料的可行性以及聚苯胺肿瘤光热疗法实验体系的有效搭建。At present, the tumor treatment brings a strong side effects, or sometimes even counter-productive effects to patients because of its lack of relevance and accuracy. Among many tumor treatment methods, photothermal therapy is especially popular because of its non-invasive and controllable features. In this paper, polyaniline nanoparticles dispersed in aqueous solution were synthesized by oxidation polymerization and the cytotoxicity and photothermal effect of polyaniline were evaluated. Then in vivo photothermal therapy results on tumor-bearing mice confirmed the feasibility of polyaniline as an effective photothermal agent and that the experimental system of photothermal therapy with polyaniline was established effectively.
