探讨小切口非超声乳化白内障手术在白内障患者中的临床效果及安全性

摘　　要：目的了解白内障患者用小切口非超声乳化白内障手术进行治疗对病情的改善作用以及可能出现的不良反应。方法选笔者所在医院眼科于2016年2月至2018年2月收治的白内障患者为分析对象,其中随机抽取200例并进行数字编序,后用硬币法将患者各组100例分为常规组与观察组,对应常规白内障超声乳化术、小切口非超声乳化白内障手术治疗。通过对患者资料比较后归纳小切口非超声乳化白内障手术对白内障患者的治疗作用和安全性。结果对患者术后1周进行脱盲率检测,观察组数据显著优于常规组且有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者术后接受平均1个月时间随访,观察组并发症发生率为15.0%,常规组并发症发生率为32.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对白内障患者用小切口非超声乳化白内障手段治疗在改善视力方面有着突出应用价值,同时不会引发手术相关并发症,安全可靠,值得临床运用。Objective To investigate the improvement of cataract patients treated with small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery and possible adverse reactions. Methods The cataract patients admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were selected for analysis. 200 patients were randomly selected and numbered, and 100 patients in each group were divided into routine groups by the coin method. The therapeutic effect and safety of non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery with small incisions for cataract patients were summarized after comparison of patient data. Results One week after operation, the patients were tested for the occlusal rate. The data in the observation group was significantly better than that in the conventional group（P〈0.05）.The patients were followed up for an average of 1 months, The complication rate in the observation group was 15.0%, the incidence of complications in the conventional group was 32.0%, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of cataract patients with cataract with it will not cause surgical complications. It is safe and reliable and worthy of clinical promotion.
