胃泌素瘤的临床特点分析和诊断方法比较

摘　　要：目的探讨胃泌素瘤临床特点分析诊断方法。方法选取2015年1月至2018年2月我院收治的胃泌素瘤患者18例。采取回顾性分析方法对其资料进行分析。总结临床特点以及诊断方法。结果患者临床症状显示多伴有腹痛以及腹泻,呈消化溃疡的特征。合并肝转移61.11%(11/18)。胃泌素瘤可利用生长抑素受体显像、胃液分析、空腹胃液测定进行诊断。结论对于胃泌素瘤的腹泻发生率与腹痛发生率均较高,值得临床重视,胃泌素瘤可分泌其他肽类激素,利用生长抑素受体显像、胃液分析、空腹胃液测定可对其进行有效诊断。值得临床推广与应用。Objective To explore the diagnostic method of clinical characteristics of gastrin tumor. Methods Choose 18 cases of gastrin tumor from January 2015 to February 2018 in our hospital were selected. The data were analyzed by retrospective analysis. The clinical features and diagnostic methods were summarized. Results The clinical symptoms of the patients showed a lot of abdominal pain and diarrhea, which was characterized by peptic ulcers. The liver metastases were combined with 61.11%（11/18）. Gastrinoma can be diagnosed by somatostatin receptor imaging, gastric juice analysis, and fasting gastric juice. Conclusion The incidence of diarrhea and the incidence of abdominal pain are higher in gastrin tumor. It is worthy of clinical attention. Gastrin can secrete other peptide hormones. Somatostatin receptor imaging, gastric juice analysis and fasting gastric juice measurement can be used for effective diagnosis. It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
