摘 要:[目的]探讨mi R-145在配对的非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)患者肿瘤组织和癌旁组织中的表达情况,分析其与临床病理因素和预后的关系。[方法]应用实时定量聚合酶链反应(q-RT-PCR)检测mi R-145在配对的NSCLC患者肿瘤组织和癌旁组织中的表达水平。[结果]mi R-145在NSCLC患者肿瘤组织中的表达水平明显低于癌旁组织(P〈0.001)。mi R-145诊断NSCLC的ROC曲线下面积为0.895。mi R-145在Ⅲ~Ⅳ期和中低分化的NSCLC患者肿瘤组织中的表达水平明显低于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期和高分化的肿瘤组织(P〈0.05)。mi R-145低表达组的总生存率明显低于mi R-145高表达组(P〈0.05)。[结论 ]mi R-145在NSCLC组织中的表达下调,在NSCLC的发生中可能发挥抑癌基因的作用,可能是NSCLC的诊断及预后标志物之一。[Objective] To explore the expression of mi R-145 in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) tissue and its adjacent tissue and its clinicopathological significance. [Methods] Expression level of mi R-145 was detected in tumor tissue and its adjacent tissue by quantitative real-time PCR(q RT-PCR) from 62 patients with NSCLC. [Results] The expression of mi R-145 in tumor tissue was significantly lower than that in the adjacent tissue(P0.001). The area under the ROC curves(AUC) for mi R-145 was 0.895. The expression of mi R-145 was significantly lower in stage Ⅲ~Ⅳ and in moderate-poorly differentiated tumor tissue than that in stage Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ and in well-differentiated tumor tissue(P〈0.05). The overall survival rate in patients with low expression mi R-145 was significantly lower than those with high expression(P〈0.05). [Conclusion] The expression of mi R-145 is down-regulated in NSCLC. Mi R-145 might function as anti-oncogene and be one of the potential biomarkers for the diagnosis and prognosis in patients with NSCLC.
