摘  要:分析六氟化钨生产工艺中真空系统出现故障的原因,提出相应的改造方案。结果表明:通过对真空泵的选型,使真空系统绝对真空度≤10 Pa,选择2台爪式真空泵的并联使用方式,相互切换使用,解决真空泵出现故障时只能停车处理的弊端;通过增加真空缓冲系统,降低真空系统腐蚀、缩颈、堵塞的现象,并使真空系统连续运行时间由之前的30 min延长为全时;通过优化维护保养措施,实现在线自动清洗真空泵的目的,使真空系统维修周期从30 d延长到180 d,实现稳定运行和平稳生产。The reason for the failure of the vacuum system in tungsten hexafluoride production process was analyzed, and the corresponding reform scheme was put forward. The results show that the absolute vacuum degree is controlled to no more than 10 Pa through selecting the vacuum pump type. By selecting the parallel mode of two claw type vacuum pumps and switching each other, the disadvantage due to which the vacuum pump has to be stopped when a failure occurs was removed. By adding the vacuum buffer system, the corrosion, necking and blockage phenomena of the vacuum system are reduced, and the continuous running time of vacuum system prolonged from the previous 30 min to all time. By optimizing the maintenance measures, the purpose of on-line automatic cleaning vacuum pump can be realized, so that the maintenance period of vacuum system prolonged from 30 d to 180 d, steady operation and steady production can be achieved.
