摘　　要：为切实加强基层卫生人才培养,上海认真贯彻国务院关于《建立全科医生制度的指导意见》精神,自2010年起,将全科医师规范化培训纳入住院医师规范化培训体系,参加培训的本科学历人员和临床医学硕士专业学位并轨,同时开展全科医生转岗培训、乡村医生订单定向培养和助理全科医生规范化培训、远郊定向免费医学生培养等工作,分层次推进全科医学人才培养.In order to strengthen the training of grassroots health personnel,in Shanghai the program of general practice training has been included in the residency training systemsince 2010,and the program integrated theresidency training with master degree study.At the same time the training of general practitioners in Shanghai also included the following programs：job-transfer training for grassroots doctors,order oriented training for rural doctors,order oriented free medical education,and standardized training of assistant general practitioners.
