摘 要:目的:本研究评估血清微量元素水平与慢性丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)感染及干扰素α(IFN-α)清除疗效的关系.方法:选取2014年10月-2016年9月来开封市儿童医院就诊的35例慢性HCV感染儿童为研究组,同时选取27例健康儿童为对照组.IFN-α治疗之前测定2组患者体内铜(Cu),锰(Mn),钼(Mo),硒(Se),锌(Zn)的血清水平.IFN-α治疗后,采用生化、 病毒学、 组织病理学3个参数评估IFN-α清除病毒疗效.研究组数据根据IFN-α应答情况分为2组,干扰素应答组(第1组)和干扰素无应答组(第2组);对照组为第3组.分析治疗后3组患者体内Cu、Mn、Mo、Se、Zn的血清水平.结果:治疗前,研究组Mn、Mo、Se、Zn元素水平显著低于对照组,Cu/Zn比显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.01).治疗后,从生化、 病毒学、 组织病理学3个参数评估均得出:第1组和第2组微量元素水平差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);第1组、 第2组Mn、Mo、Se、Zn元素水平均低于第3组,Cu/Zn比均高于第3组,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.01).3组Cu元素水平差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05).结论:慢性HCV感染儿童的Mn,Mo,Se,Zn血清水平显著低于健康对照组,而Cu/Zn比偏高,但对IFN-α治疗的效果没有任何影响.Objective: To evaluate the plasma content of trace elements associated with chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection and interferon-α(IFN-α) clearance in patients. Methods: 35 cases with chronic HCV infection were selected as the study group from October 2014 to September 2016 in Childrens Hospital of Kaifeng. Twenty-seven healthy children were selected as the control group. Serum levels of copper (Cu) , manganese (Mn) , molybdenum (Mo) , selenium (Se) and zinc (Zn) were measured before IFN-α treatment. Using biochemical, virological and histopathology methods to assess the efficacy of IFN-α virus removal. The data were divided into 2 groups according to the response of IFN-α, interferon response group (group 1) and interferon-free response group (group 2) . The control group was setting as group 3. Serum levels ofCu, Mn, Mo, Se and Zn were measured in the three groups after treatment. Results: Before treatment, the Mn, Mo, Se, Zn levels of research group were significantly lower than control group. The study group Cu/Zn ratio was significantly higher (P〈0.01) . After treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of trace elements between Group 1 and Group 2 (P〉0.05) . The levels ofMr- Mo, Se, and Zn in group 1 and 2 were lower than group 3, but Cu/Zn ratio was higher than group 3 (P〈0.01) . There was no statistical difference in the levels of Cu in the three groups (P〉0.05) . Conclusion: In children with chronic HCV infection, the plasma levels of Mn, Mo, Se and Zn were considerably lower and Cu/Zn ratios were significantly higher compared with healthy controls, and had no effect on the outcome of IFN-α treatment.
