清润养目方治疗角膜屈光术后干眼症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨清润养目方治疗角膜屈光术后干眼症的临床疗效。方法:将80例(160眼)角膜屈光手术后干眼症患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例(80眼)。对照组予羟糖甘滴眼液点眼,观察组在对照组基础上予颗粒配方清润养目方口服。2组均治疗14天,比较治疗前后及停药15天时的干眼自觉症状、角膜荧光素钠染色(CFS)评分、泪液分泌量(SIt)、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)等变化情况,评估2组临床疗效。结果:治疗后,2组干眼自觉症状评分、CFS评分、SIt值、BUT值与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组上述各项指标与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。停药15天时,2组干眼自觉症状评分、CFS评分均较治疗后有所增加(P<0.05),SIt值、BUT值均较治疗后有所降低(P<0.05),与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组上述各项指标改善与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。总有效率观察组为85.0%,对照组为77.5%,2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);显效率观察组为52.5%,对照组为25.0%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药颗粒配方清润养目方治疗角膜屈光术后所致干眼症,疗效优于单纯使用人工泪液,有助于减轻患者眼部不适症状,改善患者视觉质量。Objective：To discuss the clincial effect of Qingrun Yangmu prescription for xerophthalmia after keratorefractive surgery.Methods：Divided 80 cases（160 eyes） of patients with xerophthalmia after keratorefractive surgery into the observation group and the control group randomly,40 cases（80 eyes） in each group.The control group was treated with hydroxyl glycoside eye drops,while the observation group was additionally given the oral administration of Qingrun Yangmu prescription of the granule formula.The treatment for both gorups lasted for 14 days.Compared the changes of scores of subjective symptoms of xerophthalmia before and after drug withdrawal for 15 days,scores of corneal fluorescite staining（CFS）and values of schirmer＇s I test（SIt）and tear break-up time（BUT）,and evaluated the clinical effect of both groups.Results：After treatment,compared the scores of subjective symptoms of xerophthalmia,scores of CFS and values of SIt and BUT in both groups with those before treatment,there were significant differences being found（P〈0.05）;compared each index in the observation group with that in the control group,there were significant differences being found（P〈0.05）.On the 15th day after drug withdrawal,the scores of subjective symptoms of xerophthalmia and CFS scores in both groups were comparatively higher than those after treatment（P〈0.05）,and the values of SIt and BUT were both lower than those after treatment（P〈0.05）,when compared with those before treatment,there were significant differences being found（P〈0.05）;comparing each index in the observation group with that in the control group,there was significant difference being found（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate was85.0% in the observation group and 77.5%in the control group,no difference being significant（P〈0.05）.The markedly effective rate was 52.5% in the observation group and 25.0% in the control group,difference being significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Qingrun Yangmu prescription of the
