康复新液辅助治疗老年复发性口腔溃疡的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究康复新液对治疗老年复发性阿弗他溃疡的辅助作用。方法:经纳入与排除标准筛选后选择92名复发性阿弗他溃疡患者,使用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组46名患者。两组均给予口腔溃疡散常规治疗,每日3次;观察组在常规治疗基础上增加康复新液含漱,每次10ml,含漱2-3 min/次,每天3次。两组疗程均为7天。观察两组患者的疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、临床疗效、炎性因子指标、不良反应以及溃疡复发的情况。结果:观察组总有效率(95.7%)大于对照组(82.6%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1、6(IL-1、6)水平观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经过随访6个月的随访,观察组的复发率(13.04%)显著低于对照组(30.43%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:康复新液有助于提高老年患者复发性阿弗他溃疡的治疗效果,降低复发率。Objective：To study the adjuvant effect of Kangfuxin liquid on the treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer in the elder patients.Methods：92 patients with recurrent aphthous ulcer were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 46 cases in each group.Both groups received Oral Ulcer Powder,three times a day and observation group was additionally given Kangfuxin liquid,10 ml/time,gargling for 2-3 min,three times a day.Treatment course of 2 groups lasted for 7 days.Visual analog scale（VAS）of pain,clinical symptoms,serum inflammatory cytokines,clinical symptom improvement and recurrence were observed in 2 groups.Results：The total effective rate of observation group（95.7%）was higher than that of control group（82.6%）,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The levels of TNF-α,IL-1 and IL-6 in observation group were significantly lower than those of control group,with statistical significance（P〈0.05）ulcer duration;after followed up for 6 months,recurrence rate of observation group（13.04%）was significantly lower than that of control group（30.43%）,with statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusions：Kangfuxin liquid combined with Oral Ulcer Powder helps to improve therapeutic efficacy of patients with recurrent aphthous ulcer and reduce recurrence rate.
