摘  要:目的:对熟三七多糖(SPP)的结构进行分析并研究其抗氧化活性。方法:以水提醇沉法制备SPP,采用柱前衍生化-HPLC法测定其单糖组成,红外光谱分析多糖的基团组成,凝胶渗透色谱法测定其相对分子量;以清除DPPH和ABTS自由基能力检测其体外抗氧化活性。结果:SPP的单糖组成为D-无水葡萄糖:D-半乳糖醛酸:半乳糖:阿拉伯糖=1:0.043:0.063:0.027;分子量分布于15554-1044315;红外光谱扫描发现其在4000-400cm。波数范围内出现了多糖特征峰;SPP具有较强的清除DPPH和ABTS自由基能力。结论:SPP具有较强的抗氧化活性,为其功能性食品和医药产品开发提供了实验依据。Objective: To investigate the structural characteristics and antioxidant activities of polysaccharides in steamed Panax notoginseng (SPP). Methods : Aqueous extraction - alcohol precipitation technology was used to extract SPP. The precolumn derivatization HPLC method was employed to analyze the monosaccharide composition. IR was used to analyze the structure and HPGPC used to measure the mean molecular weight. The antioxidant activity in vitro was as- sessed by the scavenging rate of DPPH and ABTS radical. Results : The monosaccharide components were D - glucose, D - galacturonic acid, galactose and arabinose with a molar ratio of 1 : 0. 043 : 0. 063 : 0. 027, and the molecular weight of SPP ranged from 15 554 to 1 044 315. The analysis of IR indicated that the characteristic peaks of polysaccharides were in the frequency range of 4000 - 400 cm- 1. The antioxidant activity in vitro showed that SPP was effective in scavenging ability on DPPH and ABTS radical. Conclusion : SPP has obvious antioxidant function. It could provide the theoretical ba- sis for the development of functional food and medicine product.
