验方归芪增血合剂对肺腺癌患者培美曲赛化疗后骨髓抑制干预作用的临床研究

摘　　要：目的：利用归芪增血合剂治疗肺腺癌培美曲赛化疗后患者，观察治疗后患者发生骨髓抑制的情况及化疗期间中医症候的变化，判断归芪增血合剂对肺腺癌培美曲赛化疗后患者骨髓抑制是否有干预作用。方法：患者随机分成：正常对照组、归芪增血合剂治疗组。运用酶联免疫法及临床常规检查，观察各组患者发生骨髓抑制的机率及中医症候的改变，并做统计学分析。结果：归芪增血合剂治疗组对可明显的降低肺腺癌培美曲赛化疗后患者骨髓抑制的发生率，改善中医症候，与正常对照组相比P〈0．05，有统计学意义。结论：归芪增血合剂通过刺激骨髓造血降低肺腺癌培关曲赛化疗后患者骨髓抑制的发生率，使患者血象维持在较高水平，生活质量高，对肺腺癌培美曲幕化疗后患者骨髓抑制有干预作用．可不同程度的预防化疗后骨髓抑制．Objective： To use Guiqi Zeng Xue Admixture to treat the patients with lung adenocarcinoma after peme- trexed chemotherapy and observe bone marrow suppression changes and TCM syndrome changes and determine whether Guiqi Zengzue Admixture can interfere bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy for lung adenocarcinoma. Methods： The patients were randomly divided into normal control group and Guiqi Zengxue Admixture treatment group. The enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay and routine clinical examination were used to observe the incidence of bone marrow sup- pression and the changes of TCM symptoms and we carried out the statistical analysis. Results ： Guiqi Zengxue Admixture can significantly reduce the incidence of bone marrow suppression in patients with lung adenocarciuoma after chemothera- py and relieve the symptoms of TCM. Compared with the normal control group, there was statistical significance （P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion ： By stimulating bone marrow hematopoiesis and decreasing the incidence of bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy for patients with lung adenocarcinoma, Guiqi Zengxue Admixture maintained high blood quality and high quality of life and can intervene the bone marrow suppression of the patients with lung adenocarcinoma after chemo- therapy and prevent the myelosuppression after chemotherapy.
