摘 要:分布式电源的间歇性发电并网、电动汽车的随机充电以及智能量测装置的量测误差等使得主动配电网状态估计结果需要考虑更多的不确定因素。在利用区间数对系统量测不确定性予以合理分析与定量描述的基础上,建立主动配电网三相区间状态估计模型。为能够精确求出系统状态估计结果,提出基于迭代运算的线性规划算法对所建立的主动配电网三相区间状态估计模型进行求解,并结合稀疏矩阵技术进一步提高算法的求解速度。对修改的IEEE 123节点算例进行测试分析,与现有非线性区间优化求解方法和蒙特卡洛抽样方法进行比较,结果表明所提方法在估计精度以及计算效率方面均具有一定的优势。以区间数形式对网络中不确定物理量进行刻画与建模后,采用状态估计程序得到的计算结果也会呈现出区间形式,由此可为调度人员提供更加直观的系统状态量上下界信息。The intermittent power injections of the distributed generation (DG), the random charging behaviors of the electric vehicle and the measurement error of the intelligent measuring device make the active distribution network state estimation results need to consider more uncertainties. An interval state estimation for active distribution network was proposed, and uncertainties of system measurements were quantitatively described by the interval numbers. To achieve the estimated results precisely, a linear programming algorithm based on iterative operation was proposed to solve this interval state estimation model. Moreover, a sparse matrix technology was mixed in order to improve the speed of this programming. Modified IEEE 123-bus system was used to verify validity of the proposed methodology. Comparison result between existing nonlinear interval solving method and Monte Carlo simulation method illustrated that the proposed methodology could possess better performance in estimation accuracy and computational efficiency. If the uncertainties are modelled using the interval number, the solution of state estimation model could be represented as an interval number. Therefore, the interval bound information could provide the operator with institutive bound information of system state.
