摘　　要：在电动机运行过程中，如若温升过高长时间超出允许范围，不仅会导致电动机损坏，而且还可能引发严重事故，该文分析了发生温升过高的常见原因，并提出了相应的解决措施。If the temperature rising of the during operating, the motor would be damaged electric motor kept beyond allowed range in a long time and serious accident might be triggered as well. The common reason caused temperature rising is analyzed in this paper, and corresponding solution is put forward.
