摘  要:目的观察丹参多酚酸对合并2型糖尿病脑梗死患者抗氧化能力、血管内皮功能及神经功能缺损评分的影响。方法将200例合并2型糖尿病脑梗死患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组100例。对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上给予丹参多酚酸治疗。分别于治疗前后采用美国国立卫生院卒中量表(NIHSS)评价患者神经功能缺损程度;于治疗后3个月评价患者日常生活能力;分别于治疗前后检测患者血清ROS、T-AOC、NO、ET-1水平。结果治疗后观察组较对照组血清ROS、ET-1水平明显降低(P<0.05),NO、T-AOC水平明显提高(P<0.05);治疗后观察组较对照组NIHSS评分明显降低(P<0.05);治疗后3个月,观察组较对照组ADL评分明显提高(P<0.05)。结论丹参多酚酸治疗合并2型糖尿病脑梗死,可明显提高患者抗氧化能力,改善血管内皮功能,并有效减轻神经功能损伤,促进患者生活能力提高。Objective To observe the effect of salvianolic acid on antioxidant capacity,vascular endothelial function and neurological impairment score in patients with cerebral infarction complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus( T2 DM).Methods Totally 200 cases of patients with cerebral infarction complicated with T2 DM were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,100 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine treatment,and patients in the observation group were treated with salvianolic acid,based on routine treatment. The degree of neurological impairment was evaluated with the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale( NIHSS). The levels of serum ROS,T-AOC,NO and ET-1 were detected before and after treatment. Results After treatment,the levels of ROS and ET-1 were significantly lower in the observation group than the control group( P 〈 0. 05),and levels of NO and T-AOC were significantly higher than the control group( P 〈 0. 05). After treatment,the NIHSS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the ADL score was significantly higher than that of the control group( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion The application of salvianolic acid in the treatment of cerebral infarction with T2 DM can significantly improve the antioxidant capacity and the vascular endothelial function,effectively reduce nerve function damage and improve the activities of daily living of patients.
