摘　　要：青光眼是不可逆性的致盲眼病。手术是治疗青光眼疾病有效手段。本文主要从解除瞳孔阻滞和小梁网阻塞,建立房水外流通道、房水引流物植入、减少房水生成及青光眼白内障联合治疗方面的进展进行简要综述。Glaucoma is an irreversible blindness disease. Surgery is an effective means for the treatment of glaucoma. This article is a brief review of the development of the combined treatment of aqueous humor,atrial water drainage,aqueous humor and glaucoma,and glaucoma and cataract extraction from the removal of pupil block and trabecular meshwork obstruction.
