摘　　要：随着旅游业向自助游和自驾游的更高层次发展,传统的旅游模式已不能满足旅游者日益增长的旅游需求,全域旅游模式顺应旅游市场的转变与需求被提出来。全域旅游模式下民族文化旅游的开发应该从本地实际出发,尤其是中西部旅游地,要在全域旅游思路指引与政府的相关政策指导下,兼顾本地旅游资源的开发程度与经济发展水平,走创新、可持续发展的全域旅游之路。With the development of tourism to the higher level of self-help travel and self driving tour, the traditional tourism mode can no longer satisfy the increasing demand of tourists. The global tourism mode has been adapted to the transformation and demand of tourism market. The development of ethnic cultural tourism in the global tourism mode should be from the local reality, especially the western tourism, related to global tourism policy guidelines and ideas under the guidance of the government, taking into account the degree of development of local tourism resources and the level of economic development, innovation and sustainable development to promote regional comprehensive development of global tourism road.
