摘 要:通过体内与体外试验相结合,研究米曲霉培养物(AO)和酵母培养物(YC)对绵羊瘤胃发酵的影响,从而筛选出在绵羊日粮精粗比为3:7条件下AO和YC的最适组合。体外试验分为12组:对照组(Ⅰ组)、0.4%AO(Ⅱ组)、1.5%YC(Ⅲ组)、0.2%AO+0.5%YC(Ⅳ组)、0.2%AO+1.0%YC(Ⅴ组)、0.2%AO+1.5%YC(Ⅵ组)、0.3%AO+0.5%YC(Ⅶ组)、0.3%AO+1.0%YC(Ⅷ组)、0.3%AO+1.5%YC(Ⅸ组)、0.4%AO+0.5%YC(Ⅹ组)、0.4%AO+1.0%YC(Ⅺ组)、0.4%AO+1.5%YC(Ⅻ组),每组3个重复。体内试验分为5组:对照组、0.4%AO组、1.5%YC组、体外筛选最优2组,每组3个重复。体外及体内测定各时间段的pH值、氨氮(NH3-N)、挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)浓度。结果表明,体外培养试验中,通过多项指标综合指数可以看出0.4%AO+1.0oAYC组和0.4%AO+0.5%YC组对绵羊瘤胃发酵的影响优于其他YC和A0复合组。在体内试验中,0.4%AO+1.0%YC组发酵效果优于其他组,能显著降低NH3-N质量浓度,并能显著提高乙酸、丙酸和TVFA浓度(P〈0.05)。因此A0和YC的最佳组合为0.4%AO+1.0%YC。To explore the effects of combination of Aspergillus oryzae culture(AO)and yeast culture(YC)on rumen fermentation in sheep in vitro and in vivo ,and screen the exact combination of AO and YC based on the concentrate-to-forage ratio of 3 : 7. The in vitro experiment was divided into 12 groups:control(group Ⅰ),0.4% AO(group Ⅱ),1.5% YC(group Ⅲ),0.2%AOq-0.5% YC(group Ⅰ),0.2%AO+1. 0%YC(group Ⅴ),0.2% AO+1.5% YC(group Ⅵ),0.5%AO + 0.5% YC(group Ⅶ),0.3%AO+1.0% YC(group Ⅷ),0.3%AO +1.5% YC(grouⅨ),0.4% AO+0.5%YC(group Ⅹ),0.4% AO+1.0% YC(group Ⅺ) ,0.4%AO+ 1.5% YC(group Ⅻ). Each treatment had 6 replicates. The in vivo experiment was divided into 5 groups:control group, 0.4% AO group,1.5% YC group,the best two groups in vitro. Each treatment had 3 replicates. The pH, NH3-N and VFA concentrations were measured in vitro and in vivo. The results showed that the effects on the rumen fermentation group in 0.4% AO+1.0% YC and 0.4% AO+0.5% YC were better than other groups by comprehensive index for the in vitro. In vivo culture, 0.4 % AO+1. 0% YC group had better fermentation than other groups, and significantly reduced the concentration of NH3-N,increased acetic acid, propionic acid, and TVFA concentration(P〈0.05). It could be concluded that 0.4% AO + 1.0% YC was a suitable combination for sheep.
