微创射频消融治疗非小细胞肺癌的免疫学疗效

摘　　要：目的统计研究胸腔镜辅助射频消融术在非小细胞肺癌患者中应用的免疫学效果。方法随机52例非小细胞肺癌患者中，因心肺功能差不能耐受肺叶或全肺切除者34例，手术中发现肿瘤外侵明显、肺门冻结者18例，均接受了胸腔镜辅助射频消融治疗。所有患者术后定期检测血清肿瘤标记物并术后随访患者生存率。结果全部52例患者经射频消融治疗后均康复出院，无严重的手术并发症，射频消融治疗前后肿瘤免疫学指标明显降低。结论胸腔镜辅助射频消融对非小细胞肺癌近期疗效显著。Objective To statistically study the immunological efficacy of the radiofrequency ablation by VATS in treating NSCLC. Methods 52 patients with NSCLC with short of cardio- respiratory function or extra- invasion of tumor were operated with radiofrequency ablation by VATS. Serum tumor marker was detected in all patients. Results All patients were discharged without severe surgical complication. The serum tumor marker was changed significantly. Conclusion It is a beneficial supply for surgery of NSCLC with radiofrequency ablation by VATS.
