摘　　要：“一带一路”国家发展战略使我国对商务俄语人才的培养提出了更高要求。我国高校商务俄语人才培养存在商务俄语教材建设不完善、实践教学表面化有待优化等问题。丰富商务俄语教材的内容、增加商务教材类型，在已有的实践教学基础上采用“校企合作”的人才培养模式是商务俄语人才培养模式改革的重要途径。Facing the national development strategy of ＂Belt and Road＂, our country places higher demands on the training of bus- iness Russian talents. The cultivation of business Russian talents in colleges and universities in our country is characterized by the im- perfect construction of business Russian teaching materials and the need to optimize the practical teaching. Enriching the content of business Russian teaching materials, increasing the types of business teaching materials, and employing the training model of ＂school- enterprise cooperation＂ based on the existing practical teaching is an important way to reform the training model of business Russian tal- ents.
