摘 要:本研究从患病的草鱼鳃上分离到菌株GQYGCG0711,经回归感染试验证明是草鱼细菌性烂鳃病的病原菌。经形态观察和生理生化分析、16SrRNA序列同源性比较以及系统发育分析,鉴定该菌株为约氏黄杆菌(Flavobacterium johnsoniae)。药敏试验结果表明,该菌对对妥布霉素和多粘菌素B不敏感。对发病草鱼肝和鳃进行了病理组织切片电镜观察,结果显示约氏黄杆菌附着在鳃上皮细胞上,鳃小片上皮细胞明显增生,上皮细胞空泡化,鳃丝之间的上皮融合,鳃小片的远端边缘互相融合,完全被覆没,并发生腐脱和崩解,中心软骨结构坏死;肝细胞有变性和肿大。A bacterial strain named GQYGCG0711 was separated and sublimated from the bacterial gill rot disease of grass carp, and confirmed to be pathogenic strain by recursive infection experiments. The strain was identified as Flavobacterium johnsoniae from morphological examination physiological and biochemical characteristics as well as 16S rRNA sequence and phylogenetic analysis. Drug susceptibility test showed that this strain was resistant to tobramycin and olymixin B. The structures of gill and liver of carp were investigated using scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that the strain was attached on the gill epithelial cells, damage to epidemic cell included hyperplasia, hypertrophy and vacuolization. The distal edge of gill lamellae were fusion each other, and desquamation, the center structure of cartilage was necrosis. The hypertrophied cells and degeneration of cells were located in the cells of liver.
