摘　　要：在文化产业发展创新视阈下,衡阳市文化和旅游产业迅速发展,对旅游从业人员的语言能力和素养提出了更高的要求。旅游从业人员具有职业性、针对性,通俗准确、生动贴切等显著的行业语言特征,存在差异性、专业化程度低、外语语言能力薄弱、跨文化知识不足等语言能力问题。探索依托行业,探索提高衡阳市旅游从业人员语言能力的策略,对发展文化、旅游产业新优势,具有一定的现实价值和时代意义。From the perspective of cultural industry development and innovation, the rapid development of the culture and tourism industry in Hengyang City puts forward higher requirements for the language ability and accomplishment of tourism workers. The significant industry language features of tourism workers are professional, targeted, popular and accurate, vivid and appropriate, and have language skills problem such as differences in language, low degree of specialization, weak language skills in foreign languages, inadequate cross-cultural knowledge. Exploring the strategies of relying on the industry to improve the language ability of tourism workers in Hengyang, it has certain practical value and time significance for developing the new advantages of culture and tourism industry.
