摘　　要：为贯彻中国共产党十八届三中全会、四中全会、五中全会和六中全会精神,高举习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想,探析了中国共产党十八届四次中央全会与实现中国梦间的内在逻辑。这四次中央全会分别以全面深化改革、全面依法治国、全新发展规划、全面从严治党为主题,为实现全面建成小康社会和社会主义现代化强国提供了强有力的保障,更为实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦奠定了坚实的基础。In order to carry out the spirit of the third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee, the Fourth Plenary Session, the fifth plenary session and the six plenary session, the thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era of Xi Jinping was raised and the internal logic between the four central plenary sessions and the realization of the Chinese dream was discussed. The four central plenary session of the Central Committee, respectively, is the essence, foundation, theme and soul of the realization of the Chinese dream, which provides a strong guarantee for the realization of a well-off society in an all-round way and a powerful socialist modern power. It lays a solid foundation for the Chinese dream of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
