摘 要:对SUV轮胎胎冠异常磨损机理进行研究及改善。胎冠异常磨损产生的根本原因是纵向花纹块(RIB)刚度在胎冠上面内外侧分布不对称以及胎冠中间RIB刚度相对于RIB2(从中间往外第2条RIB)明显过大或过小;RIB刚度分布呈"W"状,即中间RIB大于RIB2但小于最外侧RIB有利于改善胎冠异常磨损,依据此形状调整RIB后,轮胎没有出现异常磨损现象,整体磨耗均匀,达到了改善轮胎胎冠异常磨损的效果。The wear mechanism of abnormal wear occurred on the crown of SUV tire was analyzed,and corrective solution was proposed.The main causes were the asymmetric distribution of the stiffness of longitudinal groove pattern(RIB) from the outer part to the middle of tire crown,and the RIB stiffness of the middle part was either much higher or much lower than the stiffness of the RIB next to it(RIB2).In order to reduce the abnormal wear of tire crown,the distribution of RIB stiffness was designed in "W" form,in which the RIB stiffness of the middle part was higher than RIB2 stiffness but lower than the stiffness of the outside RIB.The test results confirmed that with the adjustment,the overall wear was uniform without any abnormal wear on tire crown.
