摘　　要：With the informalization and globalization nowadays, the world becomes smaller and smaller. As a global language, English is used in our daily life everywhere. Communication plays a very important role in daily life. Meanwhile, the intercommunication of two kinds of cultures contributes to translation which is the information transmission of two cultures.On the basis of the theory of cooperative principle in pragmatics, the paper presents several analysis and suggestions to the communication of translation,the stress is especially put on the significance and application of cooperation principle and maxims to translation so that the translation is effective and successful.With the informalization and globalization nowadays, the world becomes smaller and smaller.
