中药复方对大肠杆菌所致肝及肠黏膜损伤修复作用

摘　　要：为了探究中药复方制剂对肠道黏膜损伤的修复,试验选用C57BL小鼠空腹12 h后,腹腔注射牛源性大肠杆菌菌悬液9.70×109CFU/m L,攻菌剂量为0.2 m L/10 g·bw,制备肠炎病理造模。使用中药复方制剂进行治疗,检测小鼠肝脏氧化指标、肠黏膜损伤修复相关细胞因子TNF-ɑ和TGF-β。结果表明,各剂量组能显著或极显著增强腹泻小鼠肝脏的SOD、TAOC的表达,减少MDA的产生;对腹泻引起TNF-α、TGF-β的升高具有下调作用。表明中药复方制剂能通过修复肠道黏膜损伤,增强肝脏抗氧化机能,对大肠杆菌性腹泻具有治疗作用。In order to repair the treatment of the Intestinal mucosal injury in traditional Chinese medicine preparations. The choice after 12 h fasting by intraperitoneal injection concentration 0. 2 m L/10 g of 9. 70 × 109 CFU/m L bovine E. coli bacterial suspension scheme established model. The use of Chinese medicine compound preparation for treatment,the detection of liver tissue oxidation and antioxidant indexes in rats. Detect intestinal mucosal damage and repair cytokines TNF-ɑ and TGF-β. The results showed that the detection of liver tissue oxidation and antioxidant indexes in rats indicate the each dose group of compound medicinecould significantly or very significantly enhanced diarrhea mouse liver SOD,GSH-PX activity,improve T-AOC,reduce MAD activity.Compound Chinese medicine play a role in increasing TNF-ɑ and TGF-β,and reduce the content of TNF-ɑ,TGF-β. Conclusion： By pharmacological and pharmacodynamic tests showed that compound Chinese medicine by repairing damaged intestinal mucosa,to enhance liver antioxidant function,regulate the expression of cytokines play a role in diarrhea.
