摘 要:以辐板式全塑轮胎为对象,以实现注塑成型为目的,选用新型注塑型记忆性高分子材料TR90,提高轮胎的使用性能。采用Abaqus有限元分析软件,对轮胎的轮辐数量进行数值优化,研究轮辐数量对轮胎的力学强度、下沉量及接地面积的影响。结果表明:新材料能够满足轮胎的性能要求;轮辐数量为30条时,轮胎最大应力、下沉量和接地面积在两极限位置差异较小;与同规格充气子午线轮胎相比,30条轮辐全塑轮胎的下沉量和接地面积分别增大6.8%和5.4%,为最优结构设计。The plastic tire with wheel spokes was injection molded by using new injection molding memory polymer TR90. The number of wheel spokes was optimized by numerical simulation using finite element analysis software Abaqus,and the effects of the number of wheel spokes on the mechanical strength,deflection and contact area of the tire were investigated. The results showed that,the new material TR90 could meet the requirements of tire performance. In the optimized design,the number of wheel spokes was thirty,the difference of the maximum stress,deflection or contact area between two extreme positions was relatively low,and the deflection and contact area were 6. 8% and 5. 4% higher than those of the pneumatic radial tire with the same size,respectively.
