摘  要:试验以幼龄油茶林下套种的穇子(Eleusine coracana(L.)Gaertn)鲜秸秆为主要栽培原料,通过在油茶林地栽培大球盖菇(Stropharia rugoso-annulata Farlow apud Murrill)试验,研究穇子秸秆不同配方对大球盖菇出菇时间、鲜菇产量及生物学效率的影响。结果表明,大球盖菇菌丝不仅能在穇子秸秆培养基上生长,且能正常出菇,采用穇子秸秆栽培大球盖菇是完全可行;纯穇子鲜秸秆配方栽培大球盖菇的效果不够理想,生物学效率仅为(121.1±24.4)%;穇子鲜秸秆掺加50%杉松木糠或香菇废菌糠,皆有利于提高大球盖菇鲜菇产量,生物学效率分别达(201.3±36.8)%,(217.9±9.0)%;穇子鲜秸秆穇加废菌糠可提早出菇,比其它配方提早出菇8~11 d。The experiment mainly used the fresh Eleusine coracana straw interplanted in young Camellia oleifera stand as main cultivation material, through the experiment of cultivating Stropharia rugosoannulata in C. oleifera stands, different E. coracana straw substrate affecting S. rugosoannulata fruiting periods, fresh mushroom yield and biological efficiency were studied. The result showed that S. rugosoannulata spawn can grow not only in E. coracana substrate, but also can fruit normally. It is quite practical to use E. coracana straw cultivating S. rugosoannulata. The result is not so ideal to use pure E. coracana straw substrate to cultivate S. rugosoannulata, the biological efficiency was only(121.1 ±24.4)%; fresh E. coracana straw added 50% fir or pine sawdust or Letinous edodes waste germ bran were all beneficial to increase S. rugosoannulata fresh mushroom output, biological efficiency reached(201.3 ±36.8)%,(217.9 ±9.0)% respectively; fresh E. coracana straw added with waste germ bran can make fructification earlier, fruiting 8~11 days earlier compared the other formula.
