摘 要:目的选用成年Wistar大鼠,制备较为稳定的改良可复性机械性不全性肠梗阻模型。方法将40只成年Wistar大鼠,随机分为假手术组10只、肠梗阻模型组30只。对模型进行体重变化、死亡率、血清二胺氧化酶(DAO)、小肠组织丙二醛(MDA)检测,对小肠黏膜进行病理形态学观察。结果改良可复性机械性不全性肠梗阻模型48小时死亡率为20%,血清DAO、组织MDA明显升高(F=6.575、38.598,P=0.010、0.001),小肠黏膜出现明显病理损害,解剖验证符合机械性不全性肠梗阻标准。可再次开腹安全解除梗阻。结论此方法能成功建立改良可复性机械性不全性肠梗阻模型。Objective The relative steady modified controllable rat model of mechanical incomplete intestinal obstruction was established. Methods The forty normal rats were randomly divided into two groups: the sham-operation group (10 rats), the intestinal obstruction model group (30 rats). The body weight, mortality, serum diamine oxidase ( DAO ) , small intestine tissue Malondialdehyde ( MDA ) were measured and the morphology of organs was observed by microscope. Results The 48 hours mortality of intestinal obstruction model group was 20%. The model' s level of serum DAO and small intestine tissue MDA were increased obviously ( F = 6. 575, 38. 598, P = 0. 010, 0. 001 ). The intestinal mucous appeared obviously pathological lesions. The anatomy accorded with the controllable mechanical incomplete intestinal obstruction standard. And the intestinal obstruction can be relieved yet. Conclusion The modified controllable mechanical incomplete intestinal obstruction animal model can be established successfully by the method.
