摘　　要：本文报道1例复发多次的右肘部滑膜肉瘤。患者的病程长达10年,先后经历6次手术治疗(包括扩大切除术和截肢术)、2次放疗(总剂量分别为60 Gy/30 F和50 Gy/25 F)和8个周期化疗,包括异环磷酰胺(ifosphamide,IFO)、表柔比星(epirubicin,EPI)和多柔比星脂质体等。在此期间,经过3次软组织肉瘤多学科团队(multidisciplinary team,MDT)的讨论,实施合理的综合治疗,取得一定的疗效。滑膜肉瘤一旦出现复发、转移,治疗相当棘手,应当积极开展临床研究,探索新的治疗策略和方法,以获得更加满意的效果,改善生活质量,延长生存期。To report a case of repetitious synovial sarcoma of the right elbow. The patient suffered ten-year course of synovial sarcoma and has experienced six surgical operations（ including extended resections and amputation）,two cycles of radiotherapy（ total radiation dose at 60 Gy/30 F and 50 Gy/25 F,respectively）,and eight cycles of chemotherapy with ifosphamide,epirubicin and doxorubicin liposomes. During the treating process,three discussions of the soft tissue sarcoma multidisciplinary team were held,and effective comprehensive treatment strategies were proposed. The treatment showed good clinical efficacy. Once synovial sarcoma showed recurrence or metastasis,the disease can be refractory and intractable. During clinical practice,we should actively conduct clinical researches and explore novel therapeutic methods,in order to achieve better therapeutic results,improve the quality of life and prolong the overall survival of the patients.
