摘 要:为了获得单针藻在生活污水中生长的最佳营养条件,以及研究单针藻对生活污水的净化作用,通过对污水中添加不同量BG11培养基、不同初始p H以及不同质量浓度葡萄糖进行单针藻生物量和油脂产量及对污水中氮、磷去除率的试验。结果表明:当生活污水中BG11添加量为50%、p H为7.0、终葡萄糖质量浓度为0.5 g/L时单针藻生长最佳,生物量和油脂产量分别为2.74 g/L和1.04 g/L,同时对污水中氮、磷去除率分别为86.09%和96.64%。因此,利用生活污水培养单针藻,可达到产油微藻培养与污水净化相结合的目的。In order to obtain the optimal nutritional conditions of Monoraphidium dybowskii C29 growth in domestic sewage, and study how Monoraphidium dybowskii C29 took an effect on sewage purification, the experiment was performed by adding different dosages of BG11 medium, adjusting different initial pH and adding different mass concentrations of glucose into sewage to test the biomass, oil production, and nitro- gen and phosphorus removal rates. The results showed that under the conditions um 50% in sewage, pH 7 and final mass concentration of glucose 0.5 g/L, the of dosage of BG11 medi- dybowskii C29 was the best, and the biomass and oil production were 2.74 g/L and 1.04 g/L respective- ly, at the same time, the removal rates of nitrogen and phosphorus in sewage were 86.09% and 96.64% respectively. Therefore, using domestic sewage to cultivate Monoraphidium dybowskii C29 could simuha- neously gain the oil- producing microalgae culture and purification of sewage.
