刍议“恐伤肾”对“肾藏精生髓通于脑”的影响

摘　　要："恐伤肾"是中医七情内伤的经典论述之一,而肾有"藏精生髓通于脑"的生理功能。"恐伤肾"对肾脏上述生理功能的影响主要体现在:一是恐伤肾则精却影响生殖功能,二是恐伤肾则精却影响生长发育,三是恐伤肾则髓海不足影响脑的发育,四是恐伤肾则髓海不足影响脑功能的正常发挥。文中以古今文献、现代医学实验结果和部分医案为论据对上述观点进行论证,并总结了目前研究中存在的造模方法和模型评价标准不一、临床研究匮乏、孕期恐惧刺激与子代生长发育及认知功能之间的关联机制不明等问题,以期为后续研究提供参考。‘Terror leading to disorder of kidney＇is one of the classic discussion of Chinese medicine,and kidney has physiological function of ‘storage Jing and produce Sui and connect to brain＇. ‘Terror leading to disorder of kidney ＇influence on above physiological function of the kidney main reflected in the following a spects： First,terror leading to disorder of kidney cause Jing decline,affecting reproductive function. Second,terror leading to disorder of kidney cause Jing decline,affecting growth and development. Third,terror leading to disorder of kidney cause lack of marrow,affect development of brain. Fourth,terror leading to disorder of kidney cause lack of marrow,affect normal function of brain. In this paper,the above-mentioned arguments are demonstrated by the ancient and modern literature,the results of modern medical experiments and some medical cases. And this paper summarizes the problems in the current study,such as modeling methods and model evaluation criteria,lack of clinical research,the association mechanism between fear stimulus during pregnancy and growth and cognitive function of offspring is unknown. It is hoped that the above work can provide a reference for follow-up study.
