摘　　要：研究以2010年-2012年兰西格城市群面板数据为样本,通过构建人力资本价值综合测评指标体系,利用全局主成分分析方法进行人力资本价值估算。研究认为,应当以系统化思维构建人力资本开发工程,重在培养可行能力,强化人力资本开发的区域性特征,以多种模式体现人力资本开发目标的多元化。Taking 2010-2012 panel data of Lan-Xi-Ge urban agglomeration as the sample, through the establishment of a comprehensive evaluation index system of the human capital value, the global prin- cipal component analysis method was used to estimate the value of human capital. The paper thinks that the development of human capital should be based on systematic thinking, focusing on the devel- opment of feasible ability, strengthen the regional characteristics of human capital development, and embody the diversification of human capital development objectives in various patterns.
