摘  要:"创新"、"创业"理念的大力推行作用下,创新型人才培养的问题受到了越来越多的关注。基于这种背景,大学英语教学改革也在不断求创新。新形势下的微课与翻转课堂教学模式,不仅能够提高教学效率,同时对于高校学生自主学习、交流合作等多方面能力的培养也有着重要意义。本论文探讨大学英语微课的翻转课堂创新与实践,希望对大学英语教学改革起到抛砖引玉作用。Under the influence of "innovation" and "entrepreneurship", the problems of innovative talent cultivation have attracted more and more attention.To solve these problems, college English teaching reform is constantly seeking innovation. Micro-class and flipped classroom under the new situation not only improve teaching efficiency, but also play an important role in the cultivation of college students' autonomous learning, communication and cooperation ability. This paper discusses the innovation and practice of flipped classroom in college English micro-course, and hopes to play a role in the reform of college English teaching.
