京津冀协同发展下商业从业人员跨文化素质培训策略的研究

摘　　要：京津冀区域经济协同发展作为国家重要战略的推行与实施,必定会给所在区域的商业带来前所未有的机遇,同时也带来全新的挑战,想要把握机遇迎接挑战那势必就要培养和提高其商业从业人员的跨文化素质。本文将从跨文化交际能力的内涵;地方高校打造高素质涉外商务人才培养模式;校企合作等方面展开研究找到提高京津冀协同发展下提高商业从业人员跨文化交际素质的策略。Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development planning is a great national economic strategy and it brings unprecedented chances and challenges to commerce. To grasp the opportunities and meet the challenges, it＇s important to improve the intercultural communication competence of business personnel. This paper discusses several aspects in terms of the connotation of intercultural communication competence, new models for business talents cultivation with good capacity in foreign language and school-enterprise cooperation.
