摘 要:建立了抑制型电导离子色谱法同时分离检测大蒜鳞茎中F^-,Cl^-,NO_3^-,NO_2^-,Br^-,SO_4^(2-)和PO_4^(3-) 7种无机阴离子含量的测定方法。样品经破碎提取后,用C_(18)固相萃取小柱分离净化,以Na_2CO_3和NaHCO_3为淋洗液,Ion Pac AS14离子色谱柱分离,外标法定量。结果显示:7种阴离子在0.1~150mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r>0.999,检测限为0.02~0.7 mg/L,加标回收率为92%~103%。该方法灵敏度高,重现性好,操作简便,分析效率高,适用于大蒜鳞茎中常规无机阴离子的检测。A method of ion chromatography(IC)with suppressed conductivity detection for the simultaneous determination of F^-,Cl^-,NO3^-,NO2^-,B^-,SO4^2-,PO4^3- anions in garlic bulb is established.The seven anions in samples are extracted and purified by C(18) SPE and separated by an Ion Pac AS14 column with Na2CO3/NaHCO3 as eluent.The linear relations of seven anions are good in the range of 0.1-150 mg/L and the linear correlations are above 0.999.The limits of detection of seven anions are in the range of 0.02-0.7 mg/L,while the recovery rates are in the range of 92%-103%.This method is accurate,reliable,simple and efficient for the simultaneous detection of seven anions in garlic bulb.
