摘 要:应用组织学习理论和创业成长理论,构建了以创业学习为中介的创业知识影响大学生新创企业绩效的理论模型。基于288个样本应用结构方程模型进行实证分析,结果表明:创业显性知识较隐性知识对大学生新创企业绩效影响更高;创业学习发挥创业知识影响大学生新创企业绩效的不完全中介作用;创业隐性知识主要通过创业实践学习和创业认知学习正向影响大学生新创企业绩效,创业显性知识主要通过创业经验学习正向影响大学生新创企业绩效。讨论了研究结论对大学生创业者、创业教育管理者在匹配创业知识异质性和创业学习方式进而促进企业成长方面的指导意义。A theoretical model of the impact of entrepreneurial knowledge on college studentsr performance in new ventures was constructed based on the basis of organizational learning theory and entrepreneurial growth theory. Based on 288 samples, the structural equation model was applied to the empirical analysis, and the results reveal that explicit knowledge of entrepreneurship has a higher impact on college students' entrepreneurial performance than tacit knowledge. Entrepreneurial learning plays a partial mediating role in the impact of entrepreneurial knowledge on the performance of new ventures. The influence of tacit knowledge on entrepreneurial performance is mainly realized through entrepreneurial practice learning and cognitive learning, while the influence of explicit knowledge on entrepreneurial performance is mainly achieved through entrepreneurial experience learning. The implications of conclusions for entrepreneurs and entrepreneurship educators were discussed, which are in regard to the matching of entrepreneurial knowledge heterogeneity and entrepreneurial learning for growths of new ventures.
