改良64层螺旋CT仿真内镜技术在中青年结肠癌诊断中的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨改良64层CT仿真内镜技术在中青年结肠癌中的诊断价值。方法:对80例疑似结肠癌中青年患者随机分为两组、每组40人,分别行改良与传统CT仿真内镜检查,同时80例患者均行电子结肠镜检查,以电子结肠镜的病理结果作为诊断金标准,将改良与传统CT仿真内镜检查分别与电子结肠镜的病理结果进行比对,比对结果前者设定为研究组、后者为对照组,然后运用统计学的方法进行检验。结果:改良CT仿真内镜技术对比传统技术在中青年结肠癌影像诊断的敏感度及特异度有显著的提高,假阳性率及假阴性率方面有显著的下降;其两者之间的差异具有统计学意义。结论:改良CT仿真内镜技术较传统方法可以从一定程度上提高中青年结肠癌的定性诊断的水平,具有临床应用价值。Objective： Objective to explore the diagnostic value of modified 64 layer CT virtual endoscopy in the diagnosis of colorectal cancer in young and middle-aged people. Methods： The young and middle age patients were randomly divided in 80 patients with suspected colon cancer into two groups,each group of 40 people,were modified and traditional CT virtual endoscopy,and 80 patients underwent colonoscopy,with pathological electronic colonoscopy results as the gold standard for diagnosis,will be modified and traditional CT virtual endoscopy and pathological examination respectively. Electronic colonoscopy results were compared,results the former set as the study group,the control group,and then use statistical methods to test. Results： The sensitivity of cancer diagnosis compared with endoscopy technology improved the traditional CT simulation technology in the young node and specificity is significantly improved,the false positive rate and false negative rate were significantly decreased; the difference was statistically significant between the two. Conclusion： Compared with traditional methods,the improved CT simulation technology can improve the level of the qualitative diagnosis of colorectal cancer in young and middle-aged patients,and has the value of clinical application.
