摘　　要：梳理美国各类护士工作内容、任职条件、执业注册、职业发展等经验。在借鉴美国经验的基础上,总结我国护士分层管理中的问题,为下一步研究和实践提供参考。Untangling all kinds of nurses＇ work contents, qualifications, practice registration and career development experience in the United States. Based on the experience of the United States, this paper summarizes the problems in the hierarchical management of nurses in China, so as to provide reference for further research and practice.
