摘　　要：目的探讨手术结合大剂量干扰素治疗皮肤恶性黑色素瘤(CMM)的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析自贡市第四人民医院2006—2014年收治CMM患者23例,采用手术联合大剂量干扰素治疗,观察其治疗效果及预后。结果 21例皮瓣、皮片一期存活较好,2例出现皮瓣部部分坏死,经换药治疗后愈合。随访3年,2例失访,2例死亡,1例局部复发后行截肢术。结论早期手术联合大剂量干扰素治疗CMM的临床疗效良好,可有效改善患者预后。Objective To explore the clinical effect of surgical resction combined with high-dose interferon in treating cutaneous malignant melanoma（CMM）.Methods A total of 23 cases of CMM patients were reviewed and summarized from 2006 to 2014 years in the Fourth People＇s Hospital of Zigong City,all patients were treated with surgical resction combined with high-dose interferon,the clinical effect and prognosis were observed.Results Among them,21 patients had a better survival in skin flap and skin grafting,and 2 patients showed partial necrosis of the flap,which healed after treatment.Followedup 3 years,2 cases were lost,2 cases died,and 1 case had a local recurrence.Conclusion Surgical resction combined with high-dose interferon have an obviously clinical effect in treating CMM,it can effectively improve the prognosis of patients.
